Use Of Mom's Calling
Mom's Calling helps users create alarms that can schedule AI wake-up calls to a verified phone number. It is an alarm and wake-up assistance tool, not an emergency service or a guaranteed alerting system.
Call Delivery Is Not Guaranteed
Mom's Calling cannot guarantee that any call, SMS verification message, alarm, retry, or snooze-related call will be delivered or received. Delivery depends on phone networks, third-party providers, device settings, carrier filtering, call blocking, service outages, payment status, internet connectivity, and whether your phone is available to receive calls.
You should not rely on Mom's Calling as your only alarm for safety-critical, health-critical, legal, employment, travel, or time-sensitive obligations.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for entering and verifying a correct phone number that you own or are authorized to use. If your phone number changes, you are responsible for updating it in the app.
You must not use Mom's Calling to harass, spam, threaten, deceive, or call other people without permission. You must not use Mom's Calling for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity.
Subscriptions And Billing
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple's terms, payment rules, cancellation process, refund process, and subscription management tools apply to purchases made through the iOS app.
Mom's Calling may limit app features based on your subscription or entitlement status.
Service Changes
Mom's Calling may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the app evolves, including call scheduling, voice options, retry behavior, plan limits, and provider integrations.
Service Provided As-Is
Mom's Calling is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mom's Calling does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that wake-up calls will always be placed, answered, or completed.
