Privacy Policy

Mom's Calling is an iOS app for setting phone-call alarms. This policy explains the information used to run the app.

Information We Collect

Mom's Calling uses Sign in with Apple. The backend stores Apple's stable account identifier for your Mom's Calling account. The app may request your name and email from Apple during sign-in, but the current account system is based on Apple's account identifier.

Mom's Calling collects your phone number so the app can verify it by SMS and schedule wake-up calls to that number. Phone numbers are normalized and stored after verification.

Mom's Calling stores alarm settings, including alarm time, timezone, repeat days, label, sound or behavior preset, selected voice, missed-call retry setting, snooze setting, enabled status, and next scheduled fire time.

Mom's Calling stores subscription and entitlement status used by the app and backend, such as free, active, expired, or billing retry status, and any subscription expiration time available to the service.

Mom's Calling stores call records and status data needed to schedule, cancel, and process wake-up calls. This may include scheduled, dialing, answered, completed, no-answer, failed, and cancelled states; provider call IDs; provider status; provider caller number; answered-by classification; disposition tags; summaries or transcripts if returned by the provider; error messages; scheduled times; attempt numbers; and related alarm identifiers.

How We Use Information

Mom's Calling uses your information to create and manage your account, verify your phone number, create and update alarms, schedule and place wake-up calls, apply app limits, prevent abuse, cancel disabled alarms, process call results, and provide support.

Mom's Calling does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising.

Third-Party Providers

Mom's Calling uses Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase flows.

Mom's Calling uses Twilio Verify to send and check SMS phone verification codes.

Mom's Calling uses Bland AI to schedule and place AI phone calls. Bland may receive the verified phone number, alarm label, sound or behavior preset, voice selection, call metadata, and webhook information needed to complete and report on the call.

Mom's Calling uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 as the backend and database provider for user account records, verified phone numbers, alarms, subscriptions, and call records.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account in the Mom's Calling app. Deleting your account disables alarms, cancels scheduled wake-up call attempts where possible, removes active verified phone state, and deletes or deactivates associated user data where legally and technically possible.

Some records may remain if retention is required for legal, security, billing, abuse-prevention, or technical reasons.

Cookies, Analytics, And Advertising

This website uses no JavaScript, analytics, cookies, external fonts, or CDN assets. Mom's Calling does not use your app data for advertising.
